These terms apply to the NewCo Feed website, the free sample and any paid subscription. Questions: __CONTACT_EMAIL__.
The service
NewCo Feed sends a daily list of newly incorporated UK companies, taken from the Companies House public register and filtered to the industries and areas you choose. Lists are delivered as CSV and email.
Accuracy
We pass on register data as Companies House publishes it. Companies House data can contain errors, late filings or omissions, and we do not guarantee that any list is complete or error-free.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Founding-member prices apply to the first 10 subscribers and stay the same while your subscription remains active.
How you may use the data
- You may use the lists inside your own business, for example to research or contact new companies.
- You may not resell or republish the lists as a data product.
- When you contact companies, you are responsible for following the marketing and data-protection laws that apply to you, such as UK GDPR and PECR.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will email subscribers before a change that affects a paid plan takes effect.
